How We Work

Structured Learning Pathways
We organise learning around key digital career fields, helping learners identify relevant skills and follow clearer pathways towards their professional goals.
Practical Experience: Through initiatives such as our Enchanted Digital Student Internship Programme (EDSIP), we provide opportunities for learners to apply their knowledge, develop workplace skills, and gain practical experience.
Career Acceleration: Our Enchanted Graduate Acceleration Programme (EGAP) is designed to help participants strengthen their capabilities, develop professional confidence, and prepare for the demands of the workplace.
Digital Infrastructure: Through SIWESFlow, we are developing digital tools that support SIWES and industrial training administration, including student onboarding, documentation, supervision, and completion tracking.
Partnerships and Opportunities: We collaborate with industry, educational institutions, and funding organisations to expand access to learning, practical experience, and opportunities for professional growth.
